Who We Are

Steel Vault Group builds back-office operations systems for owner-run professional services firms. This policy covers this website and the email we send to prospective clients.

What This Website Collects

Nothing, deliberately. This site has no accounts, no contact forms, no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, and sets no cookies. Our hosting infrastructure keeps ordinary server logs (IP address, pages requested, timestamps) for security purposes, and those are not used for anything else.

Business Email

We occasionally write to owners and managers of established services firms whose contact details are publicly available or listed in standard business databases. We keep what you would expect on a business card — name, role, firm, and work email — and nothing more.

If you would rather not hear from us, reply to any of our emails and say so. We honor every such request promptly and permanently.

What We Never Do

We do not sell, rent, or share contact information with anyone. We do not send marketing on behalf of third parties.

Client Work

Information shared with us during an engagement is treated as confidential, used only to do the work, and covered by the engagement's own terms.
